For those waiting on theirs... perhaps now is a bad time to brag that I ordered mine (from the Sprint.com web site) on 11/3 at 1am and it arrived this afternoon...

Chedda when you connect just request a Premier agent. they have are trained in a different manner to handle your account to provide you with the full quirks . I was amazed of how they treated me with hat service

Here's my update. I ordered my phones on 10/31, UPS was to have them delivered 11/4. I stalked the packaged the whole way through. I called at 7:30pm because no one from UPS showed up. I was informed by a rep that he's still on the route and I would be guranteed my delivery. I waited and waited. I refreshed my browser to see this comment:
security check by gov't agency bla bla blah. I called UPS ASAP to ask what is going on. As I refreshed the browser once again I now saw: Receiver refused duplicate packages/Return to sender. I know now what it's like to feel possessed. I have been riding UPS #^$^ like crazy. ![]() Sprint allowed me to go to a store to get the handsets, but guess what all of the stores are sold out. So I had to place an order and now it's on backorder. ![]() I think I'm becoming obsessed because I have been calling excessively, so the latest answer is 3-5 days for the backorders. |

Place the order per intranet, ten mins later got an email

yeah i was with escalated services too they told me the nearest sprint store i could go to to get it... im thinking they can check their stock... or just look for all the sprint stores in your area and call them to see if they have them... and drive down
