eCare ordered my TP replacement on Sunday 11/2.
Received an email that it shipped on 11/3 at 3PM (but no tracking or orderid). Worked from home today so I could pick up the package...but it didn't show up. Spent ~2 hours on hold this evening while they located the tracking number - but after all this, it turns out they forgot to order it after all. Oops! It's on backorder now... they did not have an ETA. |

Wow, from what I'm reading here I must have been extremely lucky. I ordered directly from Sprint online on 11/3 at around 7-7:30pm Central and received my Touch Pro today. Did those of you who ordered before I did order directly from Sprint? Because if so, that's kinda messed up...

damn, i just got mine through my local sprint store. i had called *2 previously and they told me they didnt have any in stock over the phone... didnt wait so i drove down
you should've called back to get it resolved... they had overcharged me for the diamond but they manually gave me a discount... i ended up paying 270 for the TP Last edited by superman1101; 11-06-2008 at 02:41 AM. |
