eCare ordered my TP replacement on Sunday 11/2.
Received an email that it shipped on 11/3 at 3PM (but no tracking or orderid).
Worked from home today so I could pick up the package...but it didn't show up.
Spent ~2 hours on hold this evening while they located the tracking number - but after all this, it turns out they forgot to order it after all. Oops!
It's on backorder now... they did not have an ETA.
