Ordered mine on 11/3... The order status has been the same for 6 days now: "Your order is awaiting processing at the warehouse. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery." Which probably translates to "Your phone is actually backordered, we just haven't updated your status because we are retarded. Thanks for your money."

Haha... ordering was a mess too. I added a new sero line, they charged my credit card AND put the charge on my bill. And then they automatically charged my bill to my credit card without my authorization. I had to call in five times to get a refund for the second charge.

Through the process, I went through about ten different reps from 4-5 different departments, got disconnected 4 times, three reps told me that my order didn't exist. One rep told me that it had already shipped, and one rep in retentions got all irate with me telling me that the order confirmation number I was giving him "didn't make sense" and "isn't from the sprint system" even though I told him that I had two automated emails from sprint citing that order number. Another rep also told me that there was no new line ordered.

I guess my only course of action here is to wait with my fingers crossed and see what happens. And once I see how badly they screwed up, spend another 2-3 hours to correct their mistakes.

I can't believe the crap I put myself through for stuff that I don't really even need.

And whoops, I put my mogul on ebay too soon. PHONELESS! Thanks Sprint... love you.

mine was shippped the 8th and was in knoxville at 9:19 am....on sat... it also says delivery by 11th but thats a holiday and thats only a hundred miles...

it should hopefully be here tomorrow... next day air saver my @$$

I ordered mine Sunday Morning at 8:30 AM Central....I received it Wednesday and now it is on backorder as well as at the stores...

I'm sorry to hear about the back order status. I received an e-mail from Sprint on Sunday, 11-02 stating that they had the phone now. I ordered about 30 mins later online. Got a confirmation immediately stating that they would send an e-mail when it shipped. Never got that, but had the phone on my doorstep on Tuesday, 11-04. Curious range of shipping times from the same company.

My local Sprint store just received shipments in today as well. Those of you that are getting yours based of the new shipments, please verify ROM rev dates/number, build dates, radio dates/rev and anything else you can think of that might be important. This way we can see if there are any changes between these and the first stock. I am wanting to replace mine with a new build if it has fixed the problems. If not I won't bother going to my local Sprint store.

mine messed up, i just called, they told me 3-5 days and for my inconveince they are gonna overnite it and waive the fee, so i should have my new one by fri
