Ordered mine on 11/3... The order status has been the same for 6 days now: "Your order is awaiting processing at the warehouse. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery." Which probably translates to "Your phone is actually backordered, we just haven't updated your status because we are retarded. Thanks for your money."
Haha... ordering was a mess too. I added a new sero line, they charged my credit card AND put the charge on my bill. And then they automatically charged my bill to my credit card without my authorization. I had to call in five times to get a refund for the second charge.
Through the process, I went through about ten different reps from 4-5 different departments, got disconnected 4 times, three reps told me that my order didn't exist. One rep told me that it had already shipped, and one rep in retentions got all irate with me telling me that the order confirmation number I was giving him "didn't make sense" and "isn't from the sprint system" even though I told him that I had two automated emails from sprint citing that order number. Another rep also told me that there was no new line ordered.
I guess my only course of action here is to wait with my fingers crossed and see what happens. And once I see how badly they screwed up, spend another 2-3 hours to correct their mistakes.
I can't believe the crap I put myself through for stuff that I don't really even need.
