Re: Asuion replacements (sending incorrect device)

I cant believe this is happening to me now...

I just received two extra TP from asurion. I will contact them asap. Does anyone know what should be done about this or why this is happening. Whats crazy is that they told me two weeks for a replacement. i rec one in a week. along with two more the next subsequent days.

Also I did rec a refurbished phone from asurion. For those of you who rec new ones, consider yourself lucky i guess. I specifically asked if I would rec a refurb and was told yes.

EDIT: they told me it was a refurb. I actually have a new TP. I did ##778#

but this is the thing. i didnt go through asurion. sprint paid my deductable and had one shipped to me on my behalf. im nervous on what to do because I dont trust just slapping the return label on it and sending it back. The guy at the sprint store told me to wait until after the 15 days and see if i get billed. then contact the number and tell them i have the phones by fault.

i have a friend who is having issues getting a replacement. i would like to find a way to transfer this over to him

Re: Asuion replacements (sending incorrect device)

well wait 15 days then like your guy said to see if you get billed and if you dont its most likely yours to keep. If they do bill you , you will know what to do with the phone just call advanced tech support and tell them what happened and you were unsure of what to do
