awesome! let me know what you get. I did not get an email or anything, but I just called and confirmed with someone my phone shipped out yesterday. This is contrary to what I was told originally when I ordred that the phones were backordered and would be a minimum of 10 business days.

Of course I am happy it shipped.

hmm i still havent gotten any email... I wish I had a TK #.. I still am assuming since mine was also supposedly shipped that it would have to be brand new. There is just no way to have a furb in stock this quickly.

funny but how can it be on backorder when they sill sell them everyday. I mean anything is possiable. Question why is aprint sending you one and not the insurance company?

hmm yeh wierd..

I checked the status of my claim online and says its processing check back later, yet when I called in, they said it had shipped on yesterday's truck. They didnt have any tracking info available and said it should update later today. hope this is normal.

Called Sprint about a problem of missing phone calls. "Advanced" tech support ordered me one. I am not sure what channels they send it through. The problem is outlined on my post labeled "MAJOR problem".
