Confirm before dialing touchflo 3d

This might just be because I'm not heavy fingered enough with the touchflo 3d contacts list, but I've accidentally dialed people a handful of times while just swiping through the list.

Is there a way to get a confirm screen before actually dialing?

I have done this a few times to. But I think is it just becasue there is an adjustment thing for me. But the option would be nice yet could get annoying at the same time rather quickly.

I'm having more of an issue with the phone turning on accidentally in my pocket or holster, and something hitting "Missed Calls" from TF3D. Luckily it hasn't dialed anyone yet, but on numerous occasions, I've pulled out the TP and I see my Missed Call list as soon as I turn it on.
