TV Out to Touch Screen?

Does anyone know if it's possible to use the TV Out with a touch screen? The application of this set up would be in my vehicles where I could simply use the larger touch screen to navigate my phone instead of using the actual phone.

there's no way to hook up the touch input into the phone, so no, unless you find some kind of weird bluetooth adapter and drivers or something, but I am not aware of anything that would do this...
