Connection Scheduler Utility

I'm new to WM devices (formally used Palm OS). Can anyone recommend a utility that allows me to schedule the turning on/off of the various connections, such as phone, data, bluetooth, wi-fi, etc. With my Palm Treo I had a app called radiocontrol that allowed this functionality and was a powerful tool for saving battery life, as it would automate the shutting down of the radio at night & turning on of the radio in the morning.

I am in the same boat moving from Palm...
I also located CT Scheduler (free Beta until 1/30/09)
do any of the SPB tools do this as well?
SPB tools are hard to decypher as there are so many and they each do SO much.
I just want a simple, easy to use, and preferrably graphical radio/comm scheduler

However none of the above are FREEWARE

Are there any other WM 6.x radio scheduling utilities that anyone else recommends.
Please note whether they are pay/share/freeware

I cannot fathom why most Phone based OS don't include any event or radio scheduling utilities within the OS. Simply retarded.
