if it were that easy then none of us would be waiting for custom ROMs and kitchens right now. it is in fact a much more difficult process to extract rom/kitchen components from a new device's dumped rom (which was the first step) and turn them into usable kitchen files; not the "minor edits" that you've mentioned.
give it some time and we'll have the roms |

no2chem is supposedly releasing a custom ROM for the Touch Pro CDMA later tonight 11pm - 4am PST.

This is my first windows mobile phone and this is all new 2 me. I got my pro (sprint) at best buy a little earlier this week. So what exactly is a rom and what does it do? Is there an faq somewhere about them?
