LOL, people are complaining about the volume because they didn't remove the protective clear shipping wrap off the front?
That said, the ear piece volume is not quite as loud as other Pocket PC's I've had, but It's not that bad. Although I primarily use a Bluetooth headset, which gets plenty loud. The Speaker on the top on the otherhand is extremely loud. Wow. It's the loudest speakers I've ever had on a Pocket PC. I had to turn my ringer volume down.

got mine yesterday... it comes with the protective plastic coating that you have to take off, but there is a screen protector in the box that is excellent (cutouts for speaker and smooth, near perfect fit!) once fitted, you will not notice that it is on.
