Alright, I just sent ecare a nasty email, we'll see if they even receive it, but 24-48 hours? Jesus. I'm gonna end up calling retentions and demand they pay my bills next month with the money they should have used for good shipping but didn't.

I just don't understand how there is no tracking number on a 900.00 order, let alone the best shipping.

I'm in a purrrty bad situation.. So I got my USPS tracking number, and was checking the tracking number nonstop. It finally tells me yesterday that the package was delivered around 8am.. but there's no package to be seen. To add on a layer of complication, I have a mail services department that handles the incoming mail packages, so I don't even know where the process went wrong. Called sprint and they said if it doesn't come, I'll have to file a stolen phone, and they will have to send out another one...

Mail services? They intercept all your incoming mail? What did they have to say about the phone?

Well i did not send ecare a nasty email i just told them how un happy i was with the whole thing.Its the person who took your order's fault not anyone else.

If the person who took your order did it wrong it went priority mail and there is no tracking on priority mail.they do put the esn to your account so if lost it can't be used.

But anyway i emailed them told them how unhappy i was and i want my 100$ mail in rebate now as if i send in they wont give me it and they gave me a 200$ credit for the 2 phones i ordered so at least no hassel with that end.

yea, the whole delivery by usps really had me heated and i called retentions and explained to them the inconvience of how my phone was ordered and im pretty much getting my touch for free now with over $200 in inconvience credits, the problems i had with my first diamond plus the mail in rebate ill get when i get my phone so im pretty content. its just the inconvience of waiting now that i have to go thru.

Well I'm at a university so there's a central location, mail services, where mail and packages are sorted out. I'm going to wait till Monday, bring my tracking info, and order info, and see if they can find the package. Otherwise, I'll have to report the phone stolen, and wait for sprint to send out another one...

Wow, how do you talk to them to get that kind of credit? I did the samething and you know what they offered me? 12.00 for the shipping difference, wtf?

^^ it all depends i guess.

they were supposed to honor me selling the phone for $30. but i didnt wait and bought the phone through telesales when it was released. ecare then replied to me 2 days after i replied to the original email. they saw i already bought it...so they credited my account the full price of the TP.

just got mine in, weird though the sales rep over the phone said there would be a rebate form for me to fill out for the $150 but its only the box with the phone inside. is it possible for me to download the rebate form or anything like that?
