Well i did not send ecare a nasty email i just told them how un happy i was with the whole thing.Its the person who took your order's fault not anyone else.
If the person who took your order did it wrong it went priority mail and there is no tracking on priority mail.they do put the esn to your account so if lost it can't be used.
But anyway i emailed them told them how unhappy i was and i want my 100$ mail in rebate now as if i send in they wont give me it and they gave me a 200$ credit for the 2 phones i ordered so at least no hassel with that end.
