Possible defect or similiar on everyone elses - Page 3

mine is flush as can be, perfectly aligned. hope my next one is just as good as this one.

No issue with that problem here. So not all are the same. I would probably take back, its an expensive phone.

When someone spends hundreds of dollars on something, they want it to be perfect. There is nothing wrong with discussing defects on a purchased product. The Touch Diamond has defects, and the Touch Pro has defects. Get over it.

anybody having problems pressing the right button on the d pad. Mine doesn't always respond for some reason. I think htc was slick creating this dpad but they should have put something on there showing where to press sometimes I hit back or the hang up button trying to scroll right.

the PRO i have looks exactly like the photos.

when i get my FREE PRO direct form HTC ill compare the two. that batch of phones are coming from taiwan....

i can press it down and it goes flush and stays, but at some point it slips back up! lol i dont have the time or patience to bother taking it back. the buttons work fine for me...

This is a farking 700ish MSRP phone, can't HTC do any worse QC job than this? My diamond has a slightly protruding screen cover, but it's much less than what you guys had in pictures here.

I'm having the same issues as the OP, except mine is worse. It sticks up so far that I can see the lights underneath if I don't push it back down. And I'm having D-pad issues. This + my horrible sounding earpiece = this bad buy is getting returned as soon as my business trip is over. Love the phone as a whole though.

If my TP looks as bad as the images posted, I would be upset...

Anyone know if insurance can be added to any phone? Isn't it like 5$ a month? Really wanting to get insurance with this guy, but I don't want anything to alter my SERO plan...
