Just got my replacement from asurion... checked the build date and IT IS NOT A REFURB.. atleast it said so, weird voicemail on the rom lol

manufacturers date 11/24/08. Raised capacitive pad still here, backlight on kb fully lit (except on the 1 key is kinda dim), side of screen still a bit insensitive, but better than my last touchpro.
