As long as they are in stock, and you are within your 30-days (or whatever Best Buy gives you.)

If not, then you will have to most likely go to a Sprint store, unless you bought the BB insurance plan, (which isn't all that bad, from what I hear.)

Ordered on 11/14 recieved on 11/18. No problems that i have found. Since i've used it for a week i've noticed it gets a little warm after a long phone call, but nothing compared to the heat my apache put off. Been using ppc's since the 6600 came out for sprint. Gotta say that this touch pro is hands down the best ppc i've used. Battery life gets me about 8-12 hrs. depending on the day and depending on how much push mail/phone calls i make. I'm used to the "ppc" battery life. Right now it's better than my apache.
No plans to swap.

10/15/08: Bought at Best Buy on 10/30/08- Earpiece buzz, screen sensitivity issues, and randomly turns on throughout the day

10/15/08: Exchanged at Best Buy on 11/8/08- Earpiece buzz was worse and crackling noise, gets really hot after 10 minutes of making a call, and the A button on the keyboard was working intermittently.

11/07/08: Exchanged again at Best Buy on 11/25/08. Everything Perfect (...finally)- No earpiece buzz or crackling, smooth and fast response, and keyboard working normally. Bought the BB Insurance for $6.99 just to be sure (at least for a couple of months).
