11-6 here... traded up because last one had a bad speaker. This one seems to be good so far. Ive had it for 4 days now. Gets kinda warm, and battery is still just ok (can last a whole day with normal/light use.

I just swapped mine out and got an 11/5 one. It feels much more solid and doesn't creak.

On the dialpad, hit ##786# and it'll get you that screen to check your build date and so forth.

Are you guys who have swapped out for an improved, more recent build swapping at BB or at Sprint? I bought at BB and was thinking it'd be easiest to swap there, but I could try through Sprint if that's yielding newer or better units.
