Would this work as car charger for the PRO?

Looking for a car charger for this phone but since it has a unique usb plug on the phone. Thinking about getting one of those, then just bringing my usb cable with me an plugging it into this adapter to charge.

These are the specs posted by someone who bought it:

input voltage 12-24DC
output voltage 5DC - 5%
max output current 1000mA (1A)

Should work fine, I'd be careful about using a 94c charger on a $600 device though. If the charger fries it could fry your device.

thats the only thing i was thinking about. I have ordered from monoprice many times before and they are well known for having wholesale prices on cables and other things like this. Heck, I got an hdmi cable for like 6 bucks.

yeh for an extra few bucks id get a name brand charger when youre talking a $600 phone. The $50 insurance fee if you fry it is 3 times as much as just buying a name brand charger, mine as well just do it its a good investment. You get can Motorola OEM 1A ones on ebay for about $10-15.
