voice command not announcing incoming calls

Yes, it corrected it for me. Its not very loud but it announces just fine. I use resco to edit the registry!

I thought there was a posting in this thread that tells of a registry change to make the voice command voice talk slower, making it easier to understand. Does anyone remember what thread that registry change was in? I have not been able to find it.

Edit the following key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Speech\Voices
Key=DefaultTTSRate
Default Value=5
Lower Numbers=Slower Reading
Higher Numbers=Faster Reading
