Ok Sprint/MS, what gives? I have the Touch Pro2 and when I checked the "announce incoming calls" under voice command today for the first time NO JOY...I have tried everything suggested in this thread but the registry edit. I did hear the phone read an email or msg when I got it two weeks ago while playing around in discover mode checking out all the features. Little history is I have been missing this feature since I had it on a Samsung 6 or 7 years ago.
