Random questions/issues

i apologize if some of this has been covered elsewhere, i tried to read through most of the threads here and still had a few questions. I got my TP yest @ BB, and had a few questions.
1. the sliding mechanism is not like the mogul, it feels stiffer and almost like it doesnt want to slide. There is no magnetic or spring action, is that right or is there something wrong with mine?
2. Where is the option for keyboard sensor light? i found it on my mogul and for some reason i cannot find it on here.
3. when i get a phone call, the phone lights up and rings but it takes a 3-4 seconds for my ringtone to start up. I remember something like that on the mogul and going into the MSL or something and changing some delay, not sure if that is related or even the same thing.
