Internet and incoming calls failed on new touch pro. Is there like a way to do the *228 like i did with alltel to activate my sprint phone. I called sprint and they told me to wait a while because i ported my number. I have had my activated for about 4 hours now.

It took at least that long when I bought my Mogul and ported over from Verizon

i never had to port a number, but turning off the other phone usually helps the new one provision with Sprint.

yea mine isnt working either and its been just as long since i ported my number from verizon. i cant place calls out now either.

It takes a lil while for everything to set up when you port a number.
Wait a day then take it from there.
