yeah ill wait it out also. i had it on the diamond and the 6800 so i know how cute it is.. if you go to "about" in the weather tab, opera will take you direct to the site and you can put in your zip code and get the weather. yeah i know not as fancy as the GUI but if you must have the weather that how to get it..

weather seems to be working now i installed weather database editior 1.2 cab file and its working on mine and some people here at bb right now. (was standing in line to return) lol

Can this hack be uninstalled? I installed it and it's working fine, so I really don't see why anyone would need to, but the thread on xda doesn't say if it can or can't be uninstalled.

One of the pros i have keeps crashing and a error screen pops up and i have nothing installed on it. but I notice it happens while charging. it has a burning smell to it, and when i shut it off and power on it starts flickering. and pauses then goes to blank screen.

It should be as simple as changing the override URL back to the HTC one. However, I am not sure what the exact steps are. I've put a post on the XDA thread for the 1st method asking how to fix it.

I'll probably just leave mine since his server has been very reliable in the past, but it will be nice to know how to undo it if I wanted to.

So all it did/does it change the url from the default one to the n2a one, right? Same server I used for the weather when I had my touch, so I also know it's reliable, but, as you said, still nice to know if it is possible to restore if needed.

Well, I installed the weather database editor 1.2 and for some reason I get a protection error however, for some reason after you install it and soft reset, the weather will update again. I would love to use the editor to ad my city. Anyone have a work around for this? I did install net cf 3.5.

sprint just now sent me an e mail stating that accu weather will be down all day.(sat) there (accu) updating and doing provisions. dl wp on second today screen.
