Hard Reset??

So I followed the instructions in the book, and on the HTC site itself(which oddly enough are different),and I cant hard reset this phone (Want to get rid of the Sprint Bloatware)..

Anyone else having this issue or know of another possible way?

Tried :Holding the VolDown button enter buttonand soft reset..Release reset but continue holding the 2 buttons till the message pops up(HTC way on website)

Tried: Holding power, vol down and enter, and holding all 3 till message shows up(manual way)

No messages about hard reset :(

Honestly, I doubt you will be able to remove the Sprint bloatware until a cooked ROM comes out, so a hard reset will probably do nothing.

If ya do a soft reset before the customizations screen runs, the unwanted sprint things will not load

Least it worked on my other phone that way

The things like Navi and Music store etc,are still available to load after doing so,ya just gotta find em

Well this is interesting...after doing this, and recalibrating the screen with the stylus,it keeps retrying the customization,to which I soft reset again...its like a cycle lol

I spent 30 mins trying to figure out hardreset via buttons and nothing. I tried both sprint was and GSM way, nothing.
