this not working for me :'( after installing and soft reset all works great have the volume i was looking have much higher levels until I try to use the phone section, the sound is then muted across all programs both in the loudspeaker and earpiece the only way I can get sound back is to change the file back to default and do a soft reset

PLEASE HELP NEED MORE VOLUME!!!!

yes is a touch pro 2 but have found a fix for it over at xda found this Audiopara.csv works great on a tp2 http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...5&postcount=84

Does anyone have any idea if the settings in the .csv file has something in there to turn off the volume on the handsets microphone when a headset is plugged in?

I ask because I have a wired (theboom) noise cancelling headset that seems to AMPLIFY the background noise! Yet when I try the same headset on my gf's iphone it works as its supposed to, even with the radio blasting you cant hear it on the other end! So my thought was that the phones microphone must be picking up the noise even though the headset is canceling it.

Right now I have the light version loaded on the TP and am ready to return the headset if I cant resolve this.

Wow. All I can say is Wow. I returned 1 year ago an Omni because the earpiece was barely audible. Stuck it out for 3 years with a Q9m. Best audio I ever had on a smartphone/pocketPC. Now I bought the TP2 VZW and the earpiece was almost as bad as the Omni. Your light version helped, your full boost is exactly what it needed! Without it I was sending it back, and I am not hard of hearing!

Will this work on 6.5? I won't be burning any roms, but hope to do the HTC upgrade, and if this doesn't work, I don't want to upgrade!

Help. Major newb here. Can't find the audiopara.csv file in windows to begin with! Can someone direct me where to find it? I need to try to increase the in-ear volume badly for my sprint htc TP. I've looked everywhere it seems and still can't find it. I have regedit on my phone using HKEY. ROM version: 1.03.651.4 if this helps at all. Thanks.

First of all be aware that there is a new ROM update from HTC, secondly the audio para is there, it may be hidden. File explorer that comes with the phone wont work . Get Total commander (free) or Resco explorer.Finally, feel free to ask if u continue to have trouble.

I`d like to thank everyone on this site for their help with this audio fix, though i don`t notice a difference between the full and the lite, there is a deffinet inprovement in sound guility. I was really beginning to not like the Touch Pro.....thanks again.
