Well.... this may be considered software blasphemy but this is what I am about to do...

I got my TP on Monday. Everything worked great Monday, Tuesday, and most of Wednesday. On Thursday and already Friday morning I am having problems with the phone. Kind of weird problems like the dialer crashing - sometimes 3 or 4 times in a row and I have to soft reset. Other times it slows way, way down. Again, I soft reset. Last weird thing is when I type an address on text messages it puts up a window of addresses but it does not narrow down as I type and I cannot see the right selection because it is off the screen.

What happened between Wednesday night and Thursday is that I installed a few software programs. I installed Batti, Diamond TF3D config, and Diamond Tweak. Before that I installed Google Maps and Live Search but I had those on the phone since Tuesday (when it was working ok).

Any ideas or suggestions? Are we jumping on this software a little too early or is the stock ROM a little loose? I'm doing a hard reset shortly.

Btw, I have ROM 1.03.651.3 radio 1.03.15F and build 19965.1.2.3 all this stuff is stock.

If your talking about outlook there is a fix here:

Change "Module"="\\windows\\OutlookEnhancement.dll"

Np. Not sure what you mean by regular email. This will change the the reply all to reply for any email accounts you setup with pocket outlook. Disabling outlookenhancements appears to have no other effects that I have been able to find.
