Best Buy - Flint, MI has it! Picked it up 10/26. They had 1 left at 6PM, and it looked like another guy just came in and got that one. I love this phone after having the Mogul. Used 20% off Smart Phone RewardZone Certificate.

Rochester, MN south store had them yesterday, I bought one for $249.99 with 2 year extension.

They put the Touch Pro on the old Touch display that was priced at $249, and I got them to honor the price! Score!

Success! $260.89 out the door (with 20% off RewardZone discount) at a Best Buy in Buffalo, NY. Got to keep my old plan, with the only change being an upgraded data plan - from $15 to $30, and soon to be the new $25 'Data Premier' pack come November 2nd.

They have one left, so go get it!

EDIT: I of course had to do a two year renewal on my contract.

Just confirmed that Best buy in Idaho Falls, Idaho has 4 phones... Too bad it's 260 miles away and I'm not upgrade eligible (was hoping I could sneak one at the upgrade price without being eligible)...
