Just an FYI if you didn't know already Dublin store is refusing to even put a hold on the phones because they do not have a contract with sprint until Midnight.. they are dropping TMobile and adding Sprint at Midnight tonight.... grrr. Manager said he was getting tons of calls requesting holds put on the phones and they are not doing so. Also said they had 7 in stock. Hope my guy gets there in time in the AM.. else we wait til next week or whenever his EVP order ships. Might not be so bad less hassle but he saves some $$ with the 20% discount and his accumulated rewards points plus no MIR. (which I got credited through ecare for my diamond so no hassles with that anyway).

The Best Buy in Brooklyn NY has them. I just got mine from there. Had to go thru hell to get it because first it wasnt showing i was elegible for a upgrade even though i was, so they had to call Sprint. Took about 45 mins to get that straight. Then they tried to tell me they couldnt sell the phone until tomorrow, but after all I went thru the guy gave me a break and sold me 1. Also got the 20% discount.

The BB in Murietta, California (just north of Temecula) has them in stock. I bought 2 there this morning, one for me, and one for my son. This is the closest BB to San Diego that is not a T-Mobile store.
Awesome phone so far, though I can't get the weather working properly.
The screen is gorgeous, and the device does feel faster than the mogul. And picture mail works as advertised.

I called most of the Las Vegas stores last night, the only store at that time was the previously mentioned SW store, and they only had one left. (I needed two.) Had my local store, the Rainbow store, around the corner on the look out for it, so I stopped by at 1 PM. They kept saying they had not seen it, I gave them the sku and they found it had been received. A major 45 minute long search in the stock room finally found all 8, they now have 6 as of 3:30 local!

Oh, and the 20% discount was given as a refund.

BB is Victorville and Apple Valley both have it for sale.
