I thought it was but found it on a 2.5 VGA thread. You could use CFC_GUI to resize the files can't you? Or are the manila files completely different names?

The more I use Pewter the more I love it. It looks phenomenal. I think it goes really well with the dusk background. Today is the first time I've gotten to see my homepage w/snow on it too! Pretty cool.
