Sorry to post this, considering there has been many posts out there. But I am curious on how to build my own TF3d themes. I have searched the web, google and yahoo. I have also looked on here as much as I could, but I can't seem to find the right programs to create my own themes..

Any suggestions??

i flash roms on an average of 3 times a week.... i love the atr rom and will be sticking with that for a while..... new update coming soon so hold off a day or two and it will be well worth it
