Do you have to pay for the Best Buy rewards deal or is it free? Plus if I was to walk into a best buy to purchase this phone, could I pick up the rewards deal that day and still receive the 20% discount?

should be able to but just go online now and sign up, it's free and you'll be able to print your temporary membership card with your member id

It's free and can be done in the same purchase.

To be honest with you i would say they do keep some kind of track of whats going on in this situatuion. More than likely if you do not return the phone you will be charged on your current line for the phone. so i'd suggest proceed with caution.....

WOW.. ill never pay that for a phone. i know i get $150 off from sprint and ill sell my touch for $100 so i guess that will help a bit. maybe ill just go for the diamond when it hits the sprint stores.

Then honestly, why are you here? That's how much the phone costs at best. And the Diamond's only $50 less. You're pretty much out of luck on anything in this range if you're not willing to pay that much.
