so is the price out off pocket 299 with a 100 mail in rebate or 399 with a 100 mail in rebate.....what are you guys actually paying out of pocket for a 2 year contract

Best Buy doesn't do mail-in-rebates. Their prices are out-of-pocket. So $299 total, not including the 20% discount.

Not sure about Houston but here in San Antonio a few have them and a couple of others said not until Sunday. I think the others probably do have them but are sticking to the 10/26 sale date.
