Been through the thread, I posted on that thread that our HTC training reps told us that it would come with the A/V cables but I was skeptical, just wanted it confirmed whether it came with one or not.

I been on the phone trying to track down one all morning but I guess I'll have to wait until 11/2 to order mine however I did get some good new from Sprint though regarding it. (See below)


Dear Mr. Banks,

This is the email that you had requested for me to send you with the
details of our phone call on 10-22-2008. You informed me that you had
purchased the Samsung Instinct (M800) on 08-27-2008 and had discovered
the device was not compatable with your business emails. You had taken
the phone back to the point of purchase, Sprint Store 866, for a refund
and they informed you that they cannot refund the amount in the store.
Sprint would have to issue a check for the refund amount of $246.08. As
of our conversation on 10-15-2008, you still have not received any
refund for the Instinct. You have spoken with several other
representatives from Escalations, Finance, and Refunds departments who
have not been able to assist in issue. I informed you that I personally
have to get in contact with the Sprint Store 866 and investigate the
status of the refund. As soon as I am able to find any information, I
will personally contact you with the findings.

Also, you stated that after returning the Instinct you purchased out of
pocket the HTC Mogul (PPC6800SP) which has not been working properly.
You have been through five replacements of the Mogul alone. The Mogul
will perform a hard resets every couple days which looses all of your
emails and other content. You stated that you were interested in the HTC
Touch PRO that will be released on 11-02-2008. I informed you there
would be no problem in ordering the Touch PRO for no cost. I will be
able to place the order for you on 11-03-2008 and overnight the phone to you arriving 11-04-2008.

I assured you I will be able to assist in resolving all of you issues
and that I will follow up with you with any information. Customer Care is available
Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 9:00 pm Central Standard Time. If there
are any questions or concerns that come up, please feel free to contact

How about accessories?
It comes with a leather HTC pouch like the Mogul's but with a velcro strap instead of magnetic. This is supposedly due to the way the device turns on when the magnetic stylus is removed. Other than that, it should have the standard things like the extra stylus, sync cable, 1gb microsd card, etc. No TV-Out cable will be included, but you can get them online for about $25 from expansys.
