Dude just be quiet, you sound foolish right now. You can go to sprint.com and talk to a live representative. When the chat says hold on, let me ask a manager to approve the credit, and then they reply to my question when I ask them how there day is going, that is a real person. Please just be quiet and don't respond unless you actually start thinking. I didn't email anybody, we had a damn conversation.
