Guys, don't mention the sunday release when you call - just tell them you are coming to get one. If you ask if they are allowed to sell them before sunday you are only inviting them to start asking questions and maybe say yes. Reps are probably not even aware it's a sunday release item.

I posted the SKU earlier, but here it is again: 9064406 the direct extension to the mobile department is 2270. I have tried every best buy in my area (phoenix, AZ) to no avail and even went to a store and gave him my number and told him to call me the moment it was in and I'd be there in 10min.

If they tell you they are just on order, you can tell them they are coming in by special shipment which seems to be the case. Most reps will not know, as their system shows them on order, and most best buy items show in transit before they arrive, but if they are arriving via a special shipment it will not show in transit.

Just checked my store, 113 Valencia CA, and they don't have them yet. Told me they should be in next week, probably Wednesday. I explained they're shipping directly to the store and won't be on the nightly trucks, so she said to try back later today or tomorrow. Grrr....

The Pasadena, CA store doesn't have them either

Too funny, I've called just about every best buy in the phoenix area myself. Let me know if you find something before I do.

Are you guys in the east or west valley? I'm in the northwest valley and was going to call the Surprise and Arrowhead stores but if you already have, I won't waste my time.

I've been calling the store on camelback and 20th street, PV, and off the I-17 and thunderbird

I just called every store in NYC and nothing. Most them said it should be in "the next couple of weeks" Like you said they are probably not aware it is coming by special shipment. If anyone has any info in the NYC area PM me and i'll do the same
