Roms, Updates and Ideas

To attempt to calm everyone down about the delay and to give ya something to work on and think about. I have a Touch Pro I can work on at work here at HTC, I have been working on roms and looking for bugs and looking for ideas on programs that any of you would perfer or if you want information I can attempt to look for it on the phone and help out?

Here is what I have done right now

Roms: Removing all sprint material except for what is needed, and adding in some useful programs along with a TF3D Customizer to allow changing of tabs and such.

Bugs: Havent really located major ones but have found some issues with minor reg fixs and such.

Ideas: Looking for them so please through them out there.

Also on another note: as explained in a previous thread HTC is discussing again about the HD coming to the US. I was sent one for modification and updates to work with the CDMA and Radio networks, What we have done so far is pulled out the Radio board on a diamond and converted it into the touch HD, and currently working of flashing which seems to be going well. Ask anything you like on that one

With the diamond, If you have questions about the problems, or have any new problems besides battery life and heating please post and I can look into it for you to see what I can find out.


Hope this helps you, might help for the 2 weeks to pass a little quicker but I can tell you we shipped the Pros out to the main sprint hubs today so it is possible for the phone to be out earlier before NOV 2. Also I checked with out Corp Sprint Director today, and he is also questing the date but has stated the delay of NOV 2.
