Hold on, HTC Touch Pro HD?...maybe I'll wait a little while?

I don't think I'm going to wait, but...I was browsing through Google News search on info for the Sprint HTC Touch Pro and found this blog out of Dallas talking about the HTC Touch Pro. Upon reading through the different comments about the blog, I noticed one person indicating that there will be a Touch Pro HD?...Hmmm, I'm totally curious, but at the same time it's totally eroneous information with absolutely no backing whatsoever (The closest "speculation" I've seen about the HD even being available on Sprint was from this blog, but from different websites - I've seen the talks directed towards AT&T first). Nontheless, for those that are holding out hope that the HD will be coming to Sprint, you can read this blog...especially for the people that were talking about the fact that a Touch Pro HD would be an "ideal phone." I'd be on the fence because it would increase the width of the phone, while still having the same depth as the Touch Pro...but still peaked my curiosity:

A Touch HD Pro, what with a keyboard AND CDMA?

I'm not holding my breath.

Even if it did happen the Touch Pro is like the perfect size anyway. I wouldn't want a screen any smaller or larger than my Mogul.

Even if by some miracle this were to come to sprint in any form or fashion I will be getting the pro anyway since its actually coming out in a few weeks. Makes no sense in waiting, there will always be something better coming out in the near future and when that happens I will sell my pro and get that.

I agree. Touch Pro is the perfect size for me.

This was just something that peaked my curiosity since the one comment mentioned a HD Touch Pro. I mean, I thought the whole concept was to make phones as portable as possible...LOL

Add a keyboard to the HD and it becomes the ultimate brick!...hahahaha...

you know, most of us actually like having a keyboard with our phones. Don't feel like bricks at all.

we'll see what compares when the HD actually comes out. i.e. the samsung pixel is shipping -this- october (http://www.engadget.com/2008/09/29/s...n-mid-october/) , yet alone what may come out when the HD does....
