Sprint and verizon
So i am currently on the Verizon network and have a long time until my contract is up, I want the touch pro when released but if indeed is crippled by Verizon i want the sprint version. I have read in a few post but never got a full answer if i buy the sprint version is there any way to get Verizon to activate it. I saw one post saying that they thought that if the esn was low enough Verizon would do so but they charge ? I don't care about paying for it as long as i dont get a gimped phone.

NO you won't be able to.
In the future there will be process of which phones you will be able to use, and which ones you won't. But as of right now you are bound by the service agreement from the carrier of whom you bought your phone. Last edited by manofhonor24; 09-28-2008 at 04:01 PM.
