Do you have insurance? The in-store tech support has always been good with me regarding my phone problems. I went in the other day, they didn't even ask me if I had insurance (which I do) and I showed them an issue I was having with my battery. They popped out the battery, rep said, "oh yeah. This battery is a goner..." and promptly brought out another one for me. That was it. No paperwork or anything.
Since you're having problems with the buttons, maybe if you bring it in, they'll just give you another one. |

I understand your dilemma a little better now though. I've had my Mogul since the release, so I've already gotten one replacement and one new battery. Didn't have to pay a deductable because they found some fault on mine (I guess cuz it was early build). |
