Regardless, this is what the page actually says; don't take it out of context:

This doesn't mean that it doesn't work with other technologies, it just means that they are unlocking that particular offering, to allow it to work on the mentioned carriers. Again, to say that those are the only carriers for that particular offering, would be taking it out of context.

it is a GSM only phone. that version of the phone will not and can not work with any CDMA carriers.
