CDMA Touch Pro hit the FCC way before the CDMA Diamond. The Diamond has been seen with Sprint branding, Touch Pro has not. Mogul came out before the original Touch last year, but not by much. Hmm..

I'm with you. I'll probably try to swing getting this badboy without a contract, especially with all the talk of possible plan changes with phone discounts.

Unless I decide that the $99 simply unlimited plan is worth it... but I could probably just get a minute pack and add it onto my current 550 plan...

they say people with old sero plans with free texting, mobile to mobile and picture messaging ect. wont be able to attach the touch pro or diamond to there account..

thats how there trying to get us to enroll into the new sero plans..
its frucked up.. but true..

i bought a instinct and i had a choice to either swap out my plan or
sell the phone... shyt, i got rid of that bytch.

hopefully someone figures out how to esn swap new phones with old sero plans
or like lewis black would say "were f#*ked"

I just don't see how if you aren't taking discounts on the device that they could do that. Considering you are able to activate the device online now, I have a hard time believing that if Sprint could sell a device full price why they would turn that opportunity down. Would be downright dumb if you ask me.

That was only true of the Samsung Instinct. Samsung Instinct was required to sign up for a specific plan (The unlimited plans). It is most likely the Touch Pro/Diamond will not fall under the same deal since they don't have the same star power that Sprint invested into the Instinct.

Part of what I was thinking as well. Just don't see where they would alienate a good portion of customers, but then again, it wouldn't be entirely surprising I suppose.
