Try dialing ##778 and go to menu at the bottom right.
press 'Reset'
Press ok.
Enter in your MSL and your TP will hard reset and reprovision.
You can get your MSL from your carrier or run an app like Baffs MSL grabber to get it.

Hey, if I do this, it won't wipe out my phone#, or make me re-activate with Verizon, or anything really nasty, will it? I'm considering doing this because I think I screwed up some EPST settings & can't get some to switch back.

it'll hard reset your phone back to factory. So yes you will lose anything not backed up. And yes you will have to *228 option 1 to program & provision your phone with verizon.

Thanks for the reply. I'm mostly wondering how much of the EPST data it wipes out, like the MDN or MSID (which for me is not my mobile#) etc. Any idea?
