my htc touch pro is locked up please help

i hit the reset on my spb mobile shell and it reset now the screen comes up with the start bar on top & the calender & spb home on bottem & nothing else. i touch the screen & all the button & nothing happen the power dont work ether.

i tried that it didnt work. every thing is stock on the phone
