Help with Hard SPL, please

Im trying to do the Hard SPL on my Sprint Touch pro2 so I can DL the original ROM. Each time I try to do it my phone freezes and I have to take the battery out to get it to restart. Can someone please help me and tell me what I am doing wrong. I'm so clueless when it comes to this stuff but at least I'm trying

There is no need to run hardspl for the stock rom. Download the rom to your pc, connect you phone, establish an active sync connection, then run run the rom update tool vand follow the on screen prompts. Very easy to do. Good luck.
