NaviComputer looks like it will do what you want. Most everything developed by end users happens at XDA, so I'd always start looking there instead of ppcgeeks.

What's wrong with Bing maps or Google maps?
I believe they both give you what you want including directions and downloadable maps. Sat view and street view. Maybe I misunderstood. p. |

Go to the GPS File Depot... They have all sorts of free and legal topo maps and such I use for my Garmin XT software...
