HTC Touch Pro MMS Touch Screen Problem

this is my 2nd alltel branded touch pro that i just got a week ago to replace the 1st one...anyways, when i open up a mms message and then click in the area to bring up the screen keyboard so i can reply to the text the keyboard pops up for a second and then disappears back down...i can do it four or five times in a row and it does the same thing every time i click in the area to bring up the keyboard it comes up then disappears again...the other times when i click in the area to bring it up it works just fine like it should...i dont know why it wants to work sometimes and sometimes it doesn't, it just does not make sense...i didnt know if anyone else had this problem or if there is anyway to fix it that i do not know of? these htc touch pros are junk...i have had a htc touch since they first came out and it still works better
