I'm tired of all these problems with the TP it seems they can't send me one that works. I'm assuming I have to go through Asurion AGAIN. I'm not really too enthused about getting another TP. Is there anyone who's had to replace their phone someone OTHER than Asurion? I have Verizon so I can't go for the replacing a TP with a TP2. To be honest I don't know much about any of this stuff...so any help would be much appreciated.

VZN's insurance co is Asurion, so you cant have it replaced by someone else. i have found that Asurion is easy to deal with. when we were having problems with the K1m's we had we asked if there was anything else we could replace them with. sure enough they emailed me a list of phones i could switch to. i have done it via email as well. just call them or email them and ask what can be done.
