Picture Mail Help

If you try to save an Recieved Picture Mail it saves the picture as a tiny size.
It saves the picture smaller than the size you can see when viewing it.
If you try to foward the picture it says "G1000:Message Not Found"

Is there a way to save the picture as a bigger size
or
Some how foward the picture
or
If possible when phone is connected to computer, you can save it off the Cell Phone. Like some how access the recieve pictures.

Ps. When you save it, it says
Picture Mail
The requested media could not be downloaded at this time
A lower-resolution copy has been saved to:
/My Documents/My Pictures/


Edit: How do you take a screen shot of your cell phone, whatever is displaying?
