Picture Mail Help

If you try to save an Recieved Picture Mail it saves the picture as a tiny size.
It saves the picture smaller than the size you can see when viewing it.
If you try to foward the picture it says "G1000:Message Not Found"

Is there a way to save the picture as a bigger size
or
Some how foward the picture
or
If possible when phone is connected to computer, you can save it off the Cell Phone. Like some how access the recieve pictures.

Ps. When you save it, it says
Picture Mail
The requested media could not be downloaded at this time
A lower-resolution copy has been saved to:
/My Documents/My Pictures/

There's gotta be a way to say a FULL SIZE picture from recieved pictures or be able to acess the recieved pictures when plugged into your computer.

change your arcsoft version... your using the reg old standard 6.1 PICMAIL huh... update your messaging version and youll use the WM mms instead of sprint pic mail mms...

that should work...
