will it do anything to ur account at all? im kinda worried it might.

nothing will happin, so know need to worry about messing up your account. all your doing is change the software on the phone and thats it. once you upgrade the software, should work right after first boot

ummm... no. you may be unable to connect to data or phone, or have to reprogram your meid or something, but flashing will not affect your account or service availability.
